Privacy Policy

Who we are
Kovus, Inc. (“Kovus,” “we”) operates kovus.co. This policy covers the information you give us when you request beta access, and basic technical data collected when you visit the site. It does not cover the Kovus platform itself. Terms for platform use, including athlete and client data, are provided separately before onboarding.
What we collect
From the beta request form:
- Full name
- Work email
- Organization
- Position or role
- Number of clients you serve (range)
- Domains your clients come from (sport, military, business, other)
- Whether you work with anyone under 18 (yes or no)
- Whether your organization must approve tools that handle client data (yes, no, not sure)
We do not ask for, and you should not submit, information about your clients or athletes. The under-18 question is about your practice, not about any individual.
From visiting the site: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and referring page, collected by our hosting provider in server logs.
How we use it
We use your information to review your request, decide whether to admit you to the beta, schedule onboarding, and contact you about your participation. We use the client count, domain, under-18 and approval answers to prepare for onboarding and to understand who the beta serves.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not use it to send marketing unrelated to the beta without your consent.
Who processes it
We use these providers to run the form and the site. Each handles your information only to provide its service to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law.
Retention, your choices and contact
We keep request information for as long as needed to run the beta and for 12 months after, then delete it. Requests that are not admitted are deleted after 90 days.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing james@mindskillshq.com. We respond within 30 days.
Children and changes
kovus.co and the beta request form are for professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, email us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy, we post the new version here with an updated effective date.
